Shipping and Returns
We strive to ship orders the same day they are placed, but in some instances orders may require up to two business days to ship.
We ship to 48 contiguous United States, or to PO Boxes, APO’s and FPO’s..
We ship also to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. There is no extra charge if we use USPS Priority Flat Rate Medium and/or Large box(es). For all other shipping methods to these areas, please contact us at 650.591.1010 or email email@example.com to estimate any additional shipping costs.
We do not ship outside the United States (at this time).
In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of our packaging, we are using recyclable boxes and recycled wrapping material.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience as easy as possible.
When ordering, please check names, addresses and your contact information carefully. SuperOlive guarantees delivery only to the address that you provide us.
If the product returns to us due to wrong name/ address and arrives in good condition, we can send the package back out to you and charge you the shipping and handling. If the product does not arrive in good condition, you will be responsible for the charges of a new order.
Returns/ Exchanges Policy
At SuperOlive.com, we are proud to offer great values on the world’s best olive oils and olives.
Our goal is to help you choose the olive oils and olives that you will enjoy. It is SuperOlive’s intention to satisfy our customers.
For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase. After the 14 calendar days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 calendar days after purchase.
Email us the reason for your return and your request for exchange or refund at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (650) 591.1010. Please return items as soon as possible in the original packaging, and remember to insure it for full value.
If you’re not sure you will like a particular extra virgin olive oil or olives,
start with a small order of 1/2 liter bottle or one jar olives.

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. SuperOlive will refund shipping and handling charges if we have caused an error.
Return Policy for spoiled/ damaged items
We are proud for preparing, packaging and shipping your order with extreme care to make sure that our products arrive in the best condition.
Prices of our USPS shipments do not include insurance charges against any breakage or loss that may occur. Unless you request insurance coverage, you are assuming the risk of any and all responsibility for breakage or loss that may occur to your order.
Please inspect carefully your shipment immediately upon arrival. In the unlikely event that a product received is spoiled or damaged in the shipment, SuperOlive.com must be notified directly within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) in question for appropriate action to take place. For the insured orders, we may require you to hold on to the damaged items while we process a damage claim with the carrier. Please contact us before disposing of any damaged items.
For the non insured orders, we may require you to return any unopened products to us for quality control information and we will determine this once contacted, or we may need instead, the unopened sealed and/or corked necks of the bottles, cans, jars etc returned to process the claim.
Once damaged items have been returned to SuperOlive.com, we may decline or offer at our discretion a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. When we require the return of the damaged item(s), please ship them as soon as possible in the original packaging, using a traceable shipping method such us UPS or USPS.
